Day 575

I got my swim in with the new time.  I did my security check at 10 and then went.  I'm not sure it's for me.  It was okay in that I did get back to sleep just fine; however, what does this mean on the weeks that I'm not doing security?  We shall see. 

I did NOTHING yesterday...I didn't leave the house.
