Day 517

Walk and swim were okay. For whatever reason, the swim was a bit labored, but I made it fine.

Did Monday trash pickup and also did some shopping at Costco.  I needed to buy some summer shorts.  Unfortunately, I'm back to 38s...and they're tight.  So I will need to get my shit together soon.
