Day 490

No run and no swim.  I'm not sure if I'm paying for sleeping almost 11 hours the night before or I was just anxious over the next Game of Thrones episode.  I never got sleep between the 6 and 10 slot and then after the check, Martin kept sending me text messages a little before midnight that kept waking me up.  So I've had very little sleep and was luck to wake up at 4:15.

I went to see Mom and take Papa's laptop which needed to be updated and I removed the bowling game that was screwing up his desktop and mouse.

Other than that...another shit day.
