Day 477

It was such a horrible running day.  My heart just wasn't in it and I was more tired than usual.  I only went for about 30 minutes or so.  I started to take on old route on Prospect but I ran into a couple of coyotes, so turned around and came back.  Swimming went just fine.

I did some trash pick up and finally went to Jamul to meet up with Martin.  I did okay at the beginning, but as usual, hit some bad luck and eventually lost $50...

Martin came over to the house and I explained more about Facebook and such and then we played a little poker on the computer.  That was about all.
