Day 457

Apparently, I missed yesterday.  I don't remember doing that but lately my schedule is so messed up, I suppose it's going to happen.

No swim, no run.  Vegas is in two days and quite honestly, I'll be glad when I'm back home and back to my routine.  I believe this is one of the few times that I'm not excited about going to Vegas.  The place just doesn't do it for me anymore.

My heart just isn't into it today.  I'm sure I'll be back to my own self soon...as long as I continue to have this pain in my left side and chest, I just am out of it.
