Day 445

I did manage my run this morning (an abridged route) and my swim.  I am still experiencing chest discomfort.  I continue to worry that something is going on with my heart, but I also know that this has happened in my past two or three times and every time, it eventually went away.  I am tempted to report it to the doctor, but I'm still debating that move.

I stayed home all day.  Martin came by and picked up my old computer and monitor. 

I ate my usual crackers along with an omelet and some breakfast meats (leftover from the non-book club) and the last two hot dogs.  I will NOT buy them again in the foreseeable future.
