Day 341

In complete failure on my part, I did not run or swim today.  I'm not sick, I'm not too tired, and I'm not injured.  I'm doing trash pickup today and I'm driving to Las Vegas.  For whatever reason, I simply decided to take a day off.  I no doubt will get my 10 K steps in with the trash pickup and all the Vegas running around...and there will be.  I have many things planned. 

I didn't do much for the day.  I did some shopping and cleaned the house in preparation for the trip.  I did finish The Marvelous Miss Mavel season 2, and it was wonderful. 

I'm just going to chuck this up a a failing day.  Fortunately, there's been very few of these for the year.
