Day 187
Blistering heat yesterday. As high as 114...stupid hot. I went to the moves and saw And Man and the Wasp and enjoyed it a lot. Did not go swimming. I'm not sure what's going on in my head lately, but I know I have to get my run in very early before the heat hits and I was just not into swimming after the movie.
I did take the trolley and began reading the book for the club meeting to Hazard Center. I enjoyed a nice vegetable omelet and fruit at the Double Tree Hotel cafe and then simply came back. It was easy and nice.
