Day 87

Trash pick up went well as we finished at 8:40.  I asked Cindy if I could go to Vegas on the 10th and she said okay.  With the trash and handing out all of the monthly news letters, all I needed was another couple of thousand steps and did that throughout the day.

I cleaned up the home as I was picking up Terry and Louise at the airport tonight.  Their flight was an hour late but we got home by 1 AM.

Food intake: chicken nuggets (500);  chicken salad (500).
